ASEC Conference: "Our Seat at the Table"

ASEC's March Conference, "Our Seat at the Table," will focus on preparation for the 2017 Lobby Week, as outlined in the 2016-17 Operating Plan and 2016-2020 Strategic Plan. Leading up to Lobby Week the Advocacy Team will meet as needed to discuss government relations strategy. All efforts conducted by the Advocacy Team will be informed by ASEC's official policy recommendations and the Advocacy Document. Draft agendas have been emailed to all SA's.

Pre-Conference Networking Event

With the completion of ASEC's Policy Review Process as outlined in the 2016-17 Operating Plan and 2016-2020 Strategic Plan ASEC will now host our November Advocacy Conference, focused on how best to communicate and achieve our advocacy goals. 

The Friday prior to the beginning of the conference, November 4tha private networking event will be held at Central Social Hall, #100 10909 Jasper Avenue, Edmonton, AB, T5J 3L9 from 5pm onwards. Attendance is optional for membership, however all Members of the Legislative Assembly of Alberta, Alberta Members of Parliament and Edmonton City Councillors have been invited. Elected officials attending will be announced as they RSVP. 

Please feel free to join us as we kick off the beginning of the conference!
